Cristiano Ronaldo caused a stir on Monday (14/6/2021) after his move of two bottles of Coca-Cola which immediately went viral on social media.
Ronaldo talked about Portugal’s Euro 2020 group stage match against Hungary, spotted two bottles of carbonated drinks and quickly removed them.
The legendary attacker then took a bottle of water and said to the camera: “Agua! (Water!)”. Quoted from Givemesport, Ronaldo has previously spoken about his distaste for sugary soft drinks.
The 36-year-old man who famously treats his body like a temple and is in incredible physical shape for his age doesn’t like his eldest son Cristiano Ronaldo Jr consuming products kind of thing.
“Sometimes I was hard with him because he was drinking Coca-Cola and Fanta,” I Ronaldo. “I fight with him when he ate the chips and fries and everything, he knows I do not like it.”

Spanish news agency Marca reported that the company’s stock price before and after the Portuguese icon’s decision to move the bottle to one side had caused billions of dollars in losses.
Marca claims that Coca-Cola’s stock market capitalization changed from $242 billion to $238 billion. A brutal 6 percent for a company on the stock market.

Coca-Cola is one of the most famous brands in the world but they have not commented on Ronaldo’s attitude.
UEFA has also remained silent for now, although the Daily Mail said the two organizations may not be happy that one of the world’s most influential sports stars has shown contempt for Coca-Cola, which has been a partner of the Euros since 1988.
